LELES
Born in Caratinga, Minas Gerais, LELES spent his early childhood there before growing up in Santa Luzia. American music was part of his life long before he understood every word. He searched lyric translations, connecting sound to meaning. He moved to the United States as a teenager. Different kinds of work and difficult periods came before music became a serious creative project.
